Child Care Nurse Consultant

Program Information:

The Childcare Nurse Consultant program works with child care businesses (in-home, centers, & pre-schools).  Health and safety consultation is provided on a variety of different items like communicable diseases, immunizations, & employee health.  Consultation can be provided over the phone as well as on-site visits with local childcare businesses. Training opportunities are also available to childcare providers, which is needed to keep current with state licensing requirements.
