Darren D. Driscoll
Webster County Attorney
Darren was appointed Webster County Attorney on February 20, 2018 and was elected to serve a four year term on November 6, 2018. He is a 1995 graduate of Saint Edmond High School in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Iowa, Henry B. Tippie College of Business, in 1999 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Iowa, College of Law, in 2003. Prior to his appointment as Webster County Attorney, Darren was a partner in the law firm of Johnson, Kramer, Mulholland, Cochrane, Driscoll & Cochrane, PLC in Fort Dodge, Iowa, where he had practiced law since his admission to the bar in 2003. Darren is admitted to practice law in the State of Iowa and the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa. Darren is a Past President of the Fort Dodge Public Library Foundation (Formerly W.H. Johnston Foundation) and a past Board Chair of the Brushy Creek Chapter of the American Red Cross. In addition to his volunteer and civic activities, prior to becoming the Webster County Attorney, Darren was a founding team member, advisor and advocate for the Webster County Family Treatment Court and the Webster County Drug Treatment Court programs. Darren has been recognized by the Iowa Supreme Court and the Iowa State Bar Association for providing pro bono legal services to citizens of Webster County and the surrounding communities. Darren continues to be a Team Leader and Temporary Law Examiner, participating in the grading of the Iowa State Bar Exam, which is offered to law school graduates seeking admission to the practice of law in Iowa twice per year .

Ryan Baldridge joined the Webster County Attorney’s Office in August 2013 as an Assistant County Attorney. In November 2014 he was appointed First Assistant County Attorney. Ryan received his law degree from Creighton University in 2012, and bachelor’s degrees in Paralegal Studies and Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Prior to joining the Webster County Attorney's Office, Ryan worked in private practice in Fort Dodge. Ryan currently serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Iowa County Attorney’s Association Case Management Project and is a member of the Iowa County Attorney Association's Civil Practice Committee and Legislative Committee. He is a past President and Board Member of Youth Shelter Care of North Central Iowa and a past Board Member of the Fort Dodge Public Library Foundation.
Brad M. McIntyre
Assistant County Attorney
Brad McIntyre joined the Webster County Attorney’s Office in December 2014. Brad received his law degree from Drake University Law School in 2013. He received his bachelor’s degrees in journalism and political science from Drake University in 2010. Brad worked in private practice before joining the Webster County Attorney’s Office and is a native of Fort Dodge.
Bailey K. Taylor
Assistant County Attorney
Bailey Taylor joined the Webster County Attorney’s Office in July 2018. Bailey received her law degree from Drake University Law School in 2017. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy from Iowa State University in 2013. Bailey worked in private law practice in Algona, Iowa, prior to joining the Webster County Attorney's Office.
Ashley Beisch

Ashley Beisch joined the Webster County Attorney’s Office in May 2022. She received her law degree from Drake University Law School in 2016. She received her Bachelor's degree in Law, Politics & Society with a minor in Business Administration and Religious Studies from Drake University in 2013. Ashley worked in private law practice prior to joining the Webster County Attorney's Office.
