FARM GROUND RENTAL - NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Webster County Board of Supervisors are accepting bid proposals for Farm Ground Rental located approximately in the:
- The West Half (W½) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) except Railroad Right-of-Way, of Section No. Twenty (20), in Township No. Eighty-Nine (89), North of Range No. Twenty-nine (29), West of the 5th P.M., Webster County, Iowa, AND
- The East Half (E½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of Section Twenty (20) and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼ NW¼) of Section Twenty-one, all in Township Eighty-nine (89) North, Range Twenty-nine (29) West of the 5th P.M., Webster County, Iowa, with exceptions, AND
- The West Half (W½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of Section Twenty (20), all in Township Eighty-nine (89) North, Range Twenty-nine (29) West of the 5th P.M., Webster County, Iowa with exceptions.

Terms 1 year contract, payments due March 1, 2024, submit bids by Dollar/Acre must include Name, Address and Phone Number. All bid proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope to: Webster County Auditor’s Office.
NOTE AUDITOR OFFICE ADDRESS LOCATION CHANGES:
November 23-29, 2023, located at Webster County Courthouse 701 Central, Fort Dodge, IA 50501. Use this address to mail in RFP.
November 30-January 4th, 2024, located at the Bank Building, Basement Floor, 723 1st Ave. S, Fort Dodge
All RFP’s must be received before 4:00 p.m., December. 4th. Bid proposals will be opened during the Regular Session of the Board of Supervisors meeting on December 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the Dayton Community Building, Dayton, IA.
